Return Policy

Return Period:

You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Make sure all tags are attached to the product.

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service team via email to request a return.
2. Place the product securely in its original packaging.
3. Send the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refund:

Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
